Shipping Charges

Shipping starts from £4.99 – all orders are sent via tracked services.

Free delivery within mainland UK for orders over £50.

International and outside mainland UK delivery is charge is £15.99.

Please note, Dreams And Duas is not responsible for any importation tax that is levied at the delivery destination.

How long will it take?

Orders received by 1pm are dispatched the same day and always sent using a tracked delivery service.

Please allow 2-3 days for standard UK delivery, our express delivery service is 24 hours.

International delivery may take 7-14 days, depending on the country.

All orders are packed securely and dispatched through a tracked courier service.



Customer satisfaction is important to us. 

If you are not happy with your purchase it may be returned within 10 days for a complete refund or an exchange, less the shipping charges.

Returned products must be in the condition sold (unused and new) with original packaging and tags intact.

Please ensure that the returned item is securely packed and sent back through a recorded delivery, as unfortunately we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged items. Your return must be accompanied by your full name and address so we can locate your order details. Please note, the cost of the return shipment is the responsibility of the customer.

3. Upon receiving and processing the return, we will provide a refund. 

Any rejected parcels at the point of delivery or issues caused by the incorrect address being entered at checkout will be the buyer’s full responsibility and we reserve the right to deduct any related postage costs from the final refund amount.

Faulty Goods

Each product we sell has been sourced for its quality. However in the unlikely event of damage, the damage/defect claims must be made within 7 days of package arrival. Please inspect your purchase immediately upon receipt as no claims can be honoured after 7 days.

Please explain the fault and send pictures/videos via email to for a return authorisation on damaged items and we will process a claim or issue a replacement. In the event of damage caused by shipping, the delivery company may require inspection so please retain all packing material.
